    its been 2 weeks now since VXL resumed trading after the CR and SPP announcement.
    If VXL were going to tank then it would have happened by now.
    Europe is up today - USA is up in early trade - HKG is up 1% now that the protests have all but stopped.

    Tuesday could be last day to buy sub 70, without any announcement from VXL
