Based on Asian metals (no idea how trustworthy this site is), -194 and -190 flake prices have improved slightly. -190 in particular has improved.
If this is a result of SYR turning off supply- does this mean SYR was supplying -190 product? i.e. -100 size, 90% purity? Lends some support to the theory about them selling dirt. Otherwise it is just a matter of still too early to tell.. The other supplier also apparently turned off, so perhaps low quality product is coming from them.
