There sure is another forum, but no denying the two are inextricably linked. Reduction of CO2 emmissions is the main driver of EV industry. If you are a believer, you want fast EV takeup. For mine , I just look at the practicality and cost of changing the whole system and know that it just cannot happen as quickly as biased dreamers would like. Everything tto date supports my argument.
regarding the article...what you claim is incorrect, he is stating several sources and their numbers are the justification for his article. Any PC comes from believers of the speed of EV uptake.
