Chinese inventories are all but tapped out @Byond_Zen. They'll have to import everything during winter, transport permitting. This still might not be enough. They need to start seriously importing now to build back up some of their stockpile to help them get through winter. The October numbers should be telling.
It would be nice though to read exactly how much they imported. We know not a lot came from us. The 12kt missed shipment in September was heading to China. They're the only country which can handle the volume in one shipment.
