That was the only reason...Social and Environmental benefits this project will bring is a very nice byproduct to come out of it and due to the high standards the bank sets in those areas and only consider lending to Co's that are willing to take on the 'initial' financial burden that comes while working towards achieving compliance to those high social and environmental standards, as a trade-off, the very few that make it trough will enjoy access to favourable finance package terms.
The reason I don't mind buying more at this levels is that since we received confirmation from SRK that our BFS is acceptable to the banks and after reading the RAP doc, I am 100% confident of finance coming our way.
