Watching whales at breakfast in Los Cabos and keeping an eye on the US markets, agree SER doesn't seem to have a lot of overhead resistance. Maybe we'll get some ST traders piling in now there is a little more time to play but I think if the SP goes much higher it starts to become a punt on the Mega IPO performing well rather than residual value.
A small float of $10M should create a healthy demand for stock if the graphite storey stays hot but the overhang of $200M of "insider" stock may cap it at some point.
Certainly an interesting one.
Another issue I'm quite happy about is diversifying out of $A at a high. While $C is also a commodity currency it doesn't get trashed to the same extent as the Aussie in a downturn.
