B4 I 4get volters.....as you know I try not to get sucked into the tit for tat stuff as it's boring , however you must know that the above comment is garbage and quite frankly a lie. I am unsure as to why people post such things but suspect the underlying motive
I say this because I have contacted VRC via the contacts listed on the webpage in the past and quite recently I might add , I have received replies within 48hrs (and not from the front desk)
I don't know if they reply to everything, but lets face it , we don't want them sitting around answering emails and phone calls ,right ?

Anyhow don't get sucked into the rot......
Contact the company if you must , but not for little panzy time wasting questions. GL
