I'd just like to add to your comment by saying I've had the same experience. I asked a question via email a short while ago and was very pleased to get a phone call back from Volt. (Like you, definitely not from the front desk either). You're absolutely right about not pestering the company with time wasting questions. None of us want that.
I'm just adding this to help quell any inference that Volt is 'not answering questions' or has something to hide.
