Only 2 stocks that haven't participated in the run so far have been LML and AXE both of which are in South Aust anyone know why?

I can't find any specific land or mining issues

AXE claim to have one of the worlds most unique graphite deposits with excellent metallurgy at Campoona

"What sets Campoona apart from almost all other graphite deposits in the world is its ability to deliver ultra pure, high value, highly crystalline ultra-fine graphite using conventional mechanical cell flotation.

    Metallurgy
Campoona is unique in that it can deliver very high quality graphite from a low cost, high yielding extractive process. Metallurgical bench-scale testing of representative diamond drill core samples of Campoona graphite has resulted in recoveries of >99% TGA (total Graphitic carbon completed using Thermogravimetric Analysis accurate to ±1%carbon)."

LML also have good mining and metallurgy results
"Metallurgical flotation tests on the upper 50m (28-38m true depth) bulk sample from Kookaburra Gully, Sample A, yielded a 91.2% recovery of contained graphite into a concentrate averaging 94.0% C (93.7% TGC). The sample was first crushed to minus 2mm then a 2kg subsample was stage ground to P100 = 600m followed by 4 stages of flotation, cleaning and regrinding. A second sample, Sample B, representing mineralisation below 40m true depth, yielded 98% recovery of contained graphite into a concentrate averaging 95.0% C (94.3% TGC)."

Both have plans to be mining soon and there's plenty of infrastructure in place so why have both under performed?

Sure LML has a cap raise underway which will probably cap the share price but is there something wrong with South Aust graphites?
