As an architect (masters student) in trade I’m seeing copper gutters and fixtures becoming the next fad. These noobs have no idea that gold gutters will be the real trend setter! I’ll smelt myself a 24 carrot toilet for the en-suite to store my wealth, eventually. The guest toilet will be of... graphite.
