Good find.
Graphite has always been on their critical minerals list, but only for specified use. If for example Hazer graphite went to steelmaking, it appears that it wouldn't qualify.
"The incentives will only be provided once projects are up and running, producing hydrogen or processing critical minerals used in products like wind turbines, solar panels and electric vehicles."
Whilst Hazer hydrogen does come from a renewable source (biogas), to my knowledge it is still only applicable to the electrolysis of water via renewable power (green hydrogen), even though, being carbon negative it's better than renewables/electrolysis.
Anyone know where we currently stand under this legislation? Question for Glen.
