I am looking at getting in on ARH before the MOU expires. I was just reading through the companys AGM announcement and it seems at the end of the year they are doing a 1:10 share issue.

Do you think this a good thing to lure new investors or just a cover up for how many shares they had on issue.

say the price stayed at 8.8cents would they relist at 88 cents?.
Im not real sure how that works could someone enlighten me?
