Me thinks grasshopper knows squat about Chinese business.

Grasshopper may do well to research 'relations' in Chinese business or speak with some Chinese business people and ask same.

Grasshopper might also want to look up the difference in meaning between ',promise' and 'intention'

All that has ever been said by Bod/chair etc. is that the want fml to be a dividend paying company - that is their intention.
