I dont see it as a 50/50, I see it as 80/20
We have 80% chance of this going ahead, there is other massive coal mines in the area, so there would probably have to be some special circumstances of why this shouldnt go ahead.
With the upcoming crisis, i dont see how any government will turn down projects when their citizens will be in breadlines for the next couple of years....
Look at the presentation from yesterday and see the proximity of the other mines.
