Hi KSD & Blade, honestly I don't understand your comments. Pls help me understand this. How is the low price helping the underwriter pick up cheap shares. I thought they could convert options to shares at 20 cents per share. So as long as price is over 20 cents they win. Why would selling the share price down help them? What am I missing?
