hi, the report will be handed to minister now on the 21st of June but the minister has to make the report available to the public when he /she receives it. The minister has 150 days from June 21 to make final decision.
I posted official notification as per above on the isolation sth thread a while back.
so I think we will see some price action around June 21. Any surprises will be in made public and those with experience in reading these reports will have a good idea if it will be approved or not.
