No offence Omeara29, I think that comment is absurd. The reason for the growth is attributable to the vastly differently labour laws in China, compared to Australia. No Unions! Back to Economics 01 for you...
As for governement run enterprises, the Australian government couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery! Don't make laugh telling me government run organisations can do anything remotely efficient or sucessful.
