    re: gravity anomaly - much studied I would like to know also. The answer is beyond me other than some large mineralised orebody. Maybe an enthusiast might care to comment. There must be many BH or gravity experts about because there is a considerable body of study for Broken Hill and gravity interpretations over many years that include the geology and geophysics with many organisations collaborating. The BH tip anomaly may well be the best prospect to come from all these many years of research. Somewhere on the web is a spiffy 3D VRML model for BH you can pan and zoom but couldn't find it today.
