I don’t profess to be an expert on IOCG deposits and obviously this project carries risk however I am encouraged by some further research I have been digging up…
“Within IOCG deposits, structural and/or stratigraphic controls are pronounced. Deposits are characteristically localized on fault bends and intersections, shear zones, rock contacts, breccia bodies, or as lithology-controlled replacements.”
In relation to the two key features of this quotation being ‘structural and/or stratigraphic controls are pronounced’ and ‘deposits are characteristically localized on fault bends and intersections’ CZN gets 2/2.
