It is apparent not all pundits appreciate the value in the restructuring. A pertinent point is the fact that BHP Billiton is paying .32 cents a share just for the Gravity Diamonds company. They are not participating in the in-specie distribution of Steller Resources. Any shareholder however who owns GRN will receive a one for one share in Stellar, which, as you rightly point out, has a cash backing of .133 cents, a host of exploration activity and only 37 million on issue.
