I've posted before, my intrinsic value is just over 50c, and it appears a number of analysts using their own valuation methods agree based on the links posted by other members recently.
It still appears cheap and your right, if divvies start again we should see some more appreciation. NBN is the big catalyst for large shareprice appreciation and the numbers off the back of NBN haven't been included in my valuation.
From a technical point of view, it has broken resistance at 40c, a close above would be lovely.
