In the annual report, CEO 's report under OUTLOOK that sales in 2004 to 2005 will exceed the record year of 2001 .So CEO Matthew Hill is very optimistic, otherwise the Board wouldn't recommend the 5 million shares based on performance to be issue to him during his term to 2009. The performance enhancement used to be cap at 2%, now they recommend it to be increased to 5%. So the Board do expect better things to come this financial year.
