Thanks for your comments on the matter and for following up with management. I have also been a long term holder and I completely agree that shareholder dilution is a significant issue that we've had to face over the years. It's certainly difficult to materially increase earnings per share and compound growth under the current approach.

I will definitely be voting against in the future and hopefully there'll be enough shareholder activity to at least send a signal next time that there is a material portion of shareholders dissatisfied with the ongoing dilution.
