Hi Dan, late response to your message - thanks for raising it with them, and I firmly agree with you given that I have about as many shares in GRB as you have it seems.

Their response is disappointing, although as expected. A standard palm off. As long as the instos are on board, I expect they can get 75% comfortably, no matter what we feel.

Still, that doesn't mean we can't remain vocal about it. I'll be on the "No" bandwagon... they've diluted us too many times now. If they need funds to grow that they can't get from cashflow, it's not like interest rates are crushing right now if they just turn to the credit market instead.
