I first got into ARV during Covid times as my main share is adjoining GGP but it was due to to the Azure activity and findings I recently bought a few more and I like the j/v arrangement with GRE. Unfortunately no more funds are handy as other companies look interesting also as you say but overall sounds very positive so will see what life brings...
