mp,I would like to know that myself. I have a few theories.I was told that there is a distressed seller out there. If he is leveraged, then that could explain it.However,I suspect that it is being played with by one or more of the nominees holding under 5%.They would be right on top of the newsflow regarding the hiccups with two of the turbines in the powerplant. And in the nervous market/light volume at present would be able to control the price action and keep it looking like a technical sell. Their aim would be to eventually accumulate and they obviously have a bot helping them do this. There will eventually become a point sometime next year when they wont be able to hold it (probably when it breaks 0.50 on volume).Just my opinion and I cant prove any of it. cheers pf
