Appreciate the update. Seems you have a good line into the company with your guy. A suggestion, why not ring him back and enquire again about the shipping schedule. They would have the vessel name well before the ship leaves, they need Bill of Lading documentation completed etc. It really is an extremely simple process. If the vessel is near to sailing or even departed they would have the name. Why not ask, can they pleeeeeease humour you with some actual detail - in other words, is that too difficult for them. It's such an important mini milestone why not shout about the good news and make a bloody company announcement.
