The other highlight for me is the apparent drilling success at a regional Dik target - it would be good to get production at Dik up sometime in the next two years.
I wonder if the profits at Dik in the Sept qtr can ever be matched again as:
1)Corporate tax at 16% commences as from the current qtr.
2)TC/RC's will increase next year - we've been paying $45/t & $0.45/lb this calendar year - it'll probably double next year.
3)No mining costs this year as all material was stockpiled from last year & underground mining costs will be more expensive than open pit mining.
4)Copper price in the future unlikely to average over $3.50/lb.
To counter this I'm sure they'll get Kulu back performing again & Kins profits next year will be substantial.
