Also quite impressed by their ability to do good acquisition of assets and companies.

1/ Pentium Hydro
They started this business in 2019 by acquiring 10 drilling rigs from Ausdrill for 16 m $ (they just had the assets, but no contract with customers initially).
They now have 12 rigs, have regularly increased the profit of this division during the last 3 years and was able to generate 7.3 m$ of profit before tax in FY 23 with this business (and probably more in FY 24).

2/ Project Engineer
They bought it for 2.8 m$ in 2022.
And this business generated 1.6 m $ of profit before tax in FY 23.
