I think Matchbox 20 hit the nail on the head here.

This is a company with a small market cap that has just acquired a nice solid Copper project WITH A PLANT!!

That's the key here...a plant would normally cost in excess of $50million...and to build a plant will increase time to production by years.

In addition to this cheap acquisition the tailings are worth $100million so could be very, very profitable.

All this and the company's current market cap is around $16mill.
