0103 GMT - Aristocrat Leisure's (ALL.AU) US$500 million deal to buy mobile-game developer Plarium opens billions of dollars worth of new markets for the Australian slot-machine manufacturer. Aristocrat already had exposure to the $3.2 billion social-casino market through 2012's buy of developer Product Madness. But CEO Trevor Croker says Plarium opens up the strategy. Including Plarium, Aristocrat's digital business will make up 22% of revenue, versus 14% now. Aristocrat jumps 5.1%, putting the year's pop at 41%. ([email protected]; @Mike_Cherney)
