More debt than equity and a lot of the equity is intangible. All good to talk about ebitda multiples until an enconomic shock or general downturn. Hopefully they use the good times to pay down the debt, but I'll be moving on if they announce a 'transformational' m&a play with the 3b in spare capacity you speak of.
