Vote for the resolutions ...... it will allow the company to roll out its planned name change , new direction , secure additional working capital etc etc. Once we get certainty regarding the Chinese ATM deal .... there then should be no real need for any more significant issues of shares to raise further capital ie. no further dilution of our stakes.
I am voting for the resolutions ... I suspect they have the numbers any way .......dyor .....and /or let the chairman vote for you.
