Agreed, further - the 6% discount is about the 200day moving ave.
Hopefully it's a good result and it doesn't drop too much.
I'm not sure will it get diluted much if they are actually selling some of their shares?
I guess the component they raise - $50m or about 5% of current market cap is the amt they dilute? And they sell the $100M to actually still end up owning 70-75% of the company.
DB has valued it at $6.85. (so that's nice I guess).
Apparently 5 investment banks are initiated coverage on the stock.
(which I guess include JP, DB, CS)
