I guess they were buying back so... ? they could sell back?
And with this stopped will be interested to see how liquid the stock is - I mean really if you were an ins to - why would you buy to sell and trade it? So I can't imagine it would be more liquid even if >30% of the company is free to trade?

Doesn't say much except that PEP prob won't sell any more till Aug.
I suppose there might be enough shares for one of the current funds to try and buy more - say 15% to get a seat on the board? I have no idea actually.
