HC, you're correct. There is no mentioning of testing to grid. So mistake on my part. So it just look like they are going to flare the gas. Suspect test result will be much sooner than expected than - probably around 4 to 6 weeks. My take on sequence of testing - run natural flow, then frac it based on different methods to optimise flow if warranted, monitor reservoir pressure, etc. If commercial rate is achieved, then shut it in and source production equipments.

Now that the drill bit has done its talking, let's wait till the reservoir does its talking :o) As far as I am concerned, and I am throwing my weight behind STX's management here - that they would not choose to spend an extra million in running casing and testing (with fraccing) unless they have a better than 50% COS.
