The way i read that is.

    1. They have already written off any costs associated with the SBT program so we don't need to expect it.
    2. There was deferred income which will be put on their books.
    3. In their previous statements they have said that they will pursue it again once they have stable profit from the easier to manage YTKfish. they have also stated that the SBT brooding stock is of major value so they will be keeping them in the land tanks for future use and development.

In my opinion this is all very very positive. They will achieve an operational profit earlier than expected, they now have a better CEO who clearly has shown his experience since joining. With production increasing and their technology having been proven together with sales prices rising we only have upward momentum for a few years now.

SBT will start up again on a smaller scale until proven and this company is prime for buy out, JV or just a nice stock price and possible div for investors.

from memory; I'm thinking back in 2005 or so there were around 202,000,000 shares issued at 1.40 a share = market cap of around 289 million.
(no profit, no YTK, no SBT...only a concept)

Use the same market cap today 289 mill/1,101,000,000 shares = Achievable share price based on previous market cap .26 cents per share.

Considering now we have a profitable business and IF they can achieve two lines of fish, you would think it would be worth considerably more to investors than back in those years....???
