Somewhat misleading pe2023. Only one study has reported significant withdrawals and that was probably related to the use of a new dosage form which had not been fully characterised.
Back to this new report. I note that the study used a dose level of 10 times the EC50.( The EC50 is effectively the mid-point of the dose-response curve) This seems quite a high concentration and one wonders why it was chosen.
