From the Media Release:
“Metex said today (Tuesday) that the 100-day trial – the largest trial of its kind for gas generation using the innovative Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) technology developed by CEPL– was targeted to commence by mid-2008.”
CRIP was developed by LLNL years ago. Is CEPL now claiming that they own the technology?
