Great announcement... DSO Strip ratio halved.
They way I see it, only thing holding back the share price is the CAPEX...
How is MAK going to fund it and when...?
Most Investors DON'T want to be exposed to a possible 100%-200% dilution.
Painfully ironic that its better people don't sell now and let the share prices run up before a cap raising... But instead are behaving the opposite by selling in anticipation.
I think the CAPEX is far more important then any off-take agreement... Unless of course the Off-Take includes upfront capital injection.
