You assume all the shares of the company are for sale at 45c.
You can not buy all of the companies shares for 45c.
You would have to make an offer, than many, including AD would accept, and that is several dollars, and values MAK at several hundred million.

Are we to assume that the rest of your assorted digs at MAK are as equally well thought through??
