Unfortunately an aggressive seller has emerged which is keeping the price capped below 0.21 Anxious selling has been a feature of PMH over the past 6 mths each time it gets some momentum Hopefully they will be cleaned out soon and we'll see an advance into the 0.30-0.50 range
