Sorry Forlan but I think this is a good strategic move. Products to market faster, less development costs (broadens base for other new business), improved margins and established channels to market.
Investment is not considerable, based on sums the company must be proifitable and the seller was happy to take TZ shares at $2.50 (50% greater than market).
Obviously they were privy to some developments that are occuring otherwise not good business sense, better to take all cash and no shares!
