one wonders if damages can extend to ANZ being required to re acquire the sold shares

We understand BO was stated on website at the time
plus brochures plus power points to broking firms plus numerous support to that position by ANZ
ie responses to 672 notices + non lodgement of substantial shareholder notices
We speculate ANZ believed BO resided with the client
