mabrook, they chose CMC and IMT probably to get a good solid process on how manufacturing is done with limited failure rates. Then you take that process to China and say this is how it's done, do it this way but CHEAPER !!!
Aren't they currently running a batch or in the process of running a batch of 1-2 Million ?? in Asia ??
And these chips are for who ??? The deals they have signed ???
They always time these press releases for a reason, as you saw the spike to 16.5c was partly on this news, they can then blame that not the news that maybe coming soon.... Just another way to help shake out some traders, when news comes an open at 16.5c this week is easy done no gap to fill later then BOOM off she goes...
