    I suspect that one of the directors and founders of Plastic Bottles now PPG is no longer consider as part of the inner circle. He wasn't too happy I suspect when the PACT group took out CVC. Why would he be when someone controls 48% of the company there aren't too many buyers of minority shareholdings.

    I suspect that the major shareholder is looking to get out.
