Yep good point Peace! They sure are confident in the outcome and given that aegerion got through with some comparable ae's(although I think they have to do more testing) I guess it's understandable. My concern is that they were expecting a positive eu result and didn't get it. But in saying that the FDA is a different beast and approval by it is not necessarily an admission/statement of total safety for the public to fall back on (going back to notes on that really boring White House paper). With management so confident on this decision and the market's bullish reaction you would think it a given. Personally I think it will get through but with conditions attached . But that should be enough to drive the mother of all rally's in antisense.
