IGO walked away from PAN at 47c good move as it then dropped to 7c and now 22c so way lower.

There are way way cheaper targets than WSA at an expensive $1B MCap with only a small 0.6MTpa processor, loss making lowering grades lowered production and lowering high grade resources bar cosmos.

If I was IGO I would just go hostile with a scrip bid as even if IGO get 30% I will control it and only use a third of the scrip I proposed at 100%. So less dilution for IGO more control - win win.
