Until they outline how they are going to fund china and how they will deal with the debt due the shareprice will have these issues holding it back. I suspect shareholders are also cautious due to the company previous ending up in receivership due to debt. I also suspect they will issue a fair whack of shares and as is always the case at a significant discount to market. After that has cleared and funding issues going forward have been resolved the market is likely to show more interest.
