Hi Gra

1) I look for stocks that have lived on the edge ( financially ) and now appear to have sound revenue streams

2) Must have the 'X' factor

Senetas has Safenet USA (SFNT)

Mt Gibson has many X factors ( I posted when MGX was 19c that it would go to 60c which it is today in only 3 months!

TOX appears to be heading in the right direction by ridding itself of loss making business units and doing what it does best - I invest when I think the company can no longer go bust and has sound cashflows

I hold many and believe it will perform as well as the above
